Youth lacrosse is a fast-paced, high-energy sport that combines elements of soccer, basketball, and hockey—all played with a stick and a ball. It’s a great way for kids to build athletic skills like coordination, speed, and agility, while also learning teamwork, communication, and discipline.
At the youth level, the focus is on development, fun, and fundamentals. Players learn how to pass, catch, shoot, and play both offense and defense in a supportive environment. Lacrosse also encourages creativity and confidence, giving kids the freedom to make plays and grow their love for the game.
Whether a child is new to sports or already active, NAofA youth lacrosse offers an exciting opportunity to stay active, make friends, and be part of a team.
